RNA-seq of J2 PA3 nematodes (Hg-type 0) grown on a susceptible host (Williams 82 or EFX63) aligned with hisat2 --very-sensitive and according to strand information. Converted to bam and merged with Samtools, then converted to bigwig using bedtools genomcov and kentUtils.
